Ulipristal acetate in symptomatic uterine fibroids
Ulipristal, a selective progesterone receptor modulator, reduces both the size of fibroids and the symptoms they cause in women of reproductive age. Following reports from the United Kingdom, liver function should be monitored carefully during treatment.

Classification of caesarean section by Robson criteria
All caesarean sections should be classified according to the Robson system. Doing so makes it possible to audit caesarean rates meaningfully between units and over time, and to manage patients better.

Ruptured cornual ectopic pregnancy: a case report
A woman in her twenties presented in shock at twelve weeks of pregnancy. Prompt clinical and radiological diagnosis and a life-saving laparotomy produced a favourable outcome. Cornual ectopic pregnancy is rare, presents late, and is easily missed.
